About us

Understand the legacy. Shape the future.

Real Estate Heritage grew out of Schlossseiten.at – from a shared wish to preserve historic and listed buildings for future generations and to make them usable today.

Our story

We believe in substance, in identity – and in the future of existing buildings.

Our work focuses on the sustainable use, design and management of existing real estate. Built structures are among humanity’s most enduring creations – they call for people who think a building’s past, present and future together.

Today we combine architectural expertise and cultural commitment with data-driven methods and our own AI tools. For owners and investors who want not just to calculate their property, but to understand it.
